In recent weeks, faced the political, economic and social crisis the country face, it is becoming more and more difficult in both chambers to mobilize elected representatives to obtain the necessary quorum for a plenary session. On Tuesday, April 9, only 26 out of 116 deputies were in the lower house, while 13 out of 19 senators were in the upper house.
