Ronell Gilles, the Minister of Trade and Industry, informs the public in general and the managers of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Micro-Center in particulat that from June 2019, only propane gas cylinders with POL valve or screwed head valve will be allowed to be filled in micro-centers or LPG kiosks.

As a result, as of June, the import of gas cylinders to van SNAP ON (or head valve veneered) and valve shutter will be prohibited on the national territory.

This provision was made for safety and economic reasons given that these gas bottles tend to leak during their use.
