This week Yves Penel, the Director General of the Ministry of Culture, together with Philippe Dodard Director General of the National School of Arts (ENARTS), in the presence of Jean Michel Carly National Director of the Book, of executives of the management, teachers and students from ENARTS proceeded to the opening of the new premises of the School https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25910-haiti-culture-launch-of-the-reconstruction-works-of-the-enarts.html

Yves Penel emphasized the importance of this 35-year-old art school, which he believes has the primary mission of training artists and professionals in art and culture. After 2 years of dysfunction (13 months of crises plus construction work) said Penel that the reopening that this institution "demonstrates the value of two indispensable elements in the search for harmony and unity even in diversity, namely : the dialogue and the will."
