Yves Penel emphasized the importance of this 35-year-old art school, which he believes has the primary mission of training artists and professionals in art and culture. After 2 years of dysfunction (13 months of crises plus construction work) said Penel that the reopening that this institution "demonstrates the value of two indispensable elements in the search for harmony and unity even in diversity, namely : the dialogue and the will."
