It is precisely to combat bad behavior that I have just signed the decision to appoint a police officer of integrity in each departmental directorate. It will be the representative of the General Inspectorate of the PNH within the limits of his department. An action that straddles Axis 1 and Axis 2 of the 2017-2021 strategic development plan. Police officers of all ranks, know that when we give results and we systematically violate human rights, the second action neutralizes the first. In the fight against banditry, we want targeted actions in partnership with the population. No carnage ! No blood bath ! No brutality !
