iciHaiti - Sport : A new generation lawn for Sylvio Cator Stadium
The play ground of the national stadium Sylvio Cator will soon be equipped with a new synthetic grass of last generation, following the approval of the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA) which will financially support this approach to the tune of 283,000 US dollars, through its program "Forward".

Work that will start very soon will be short-lived since it is an artificial lawn that replaces another on a base already built during the laying of the first.

In addition to the surface of the play area, the locker room will also make a facelift with a redevelopment made possible thanks to funding from a few institutions of the private business sector whose owners wish to remain anonymous at the moment.

These interventions at the national stadium will allow the Haitian Football Federation to receive the Grenadier matches of the League of Nations in better conditions. To this effect on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 6:00 pm the Grenadiers, 3rd of the recent Gold Cup, will host the selection of Curaçao as part of the second day of the group stage of League A. A month later, October 10 at 9:00 pm is Costa Rica that the Grenadiers will face at home on this new synthetic grass of last generation.
