At the graduation ceremony of the 58th promotion of the Inter-American Defense College at the headquarters of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington DC, 67 participants from 14 countries including Haiti received their parchment.

3 senior executives of the Haitian National Police (Commissioner Frantz Saint-Amand, Commissioner Erna Royal and Commissioner Jean Claude Julien) and Mirtyl Pierre official of the Chancery and Counselor of the Permanent Mission of Haiti are the new graduates having obtained their master's degree in defense and regional security.
