On Monday, the Ministry of Public Health announced, officially launched, the national vaccination campaign (July 15 to 19) against Measles, Polio, Rubella around the theme "Vaksinen timoun yo, pou n pwoteje sante yo !" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28203-haiti-notice-15-million-haitian-children-will-be-vaccinated.html . The ceremony was attended by several technical and financial partners of the Ministry, including : PAHO / WHO, UNICEF, CDC and the Haitian Red Cross.

During this one-week campaign, the ministry will use it to give vitamin A to children. According to the Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Marie Gréta Roy Clément, at least 1,500,00 children from 2 to 59 months will be vaccinated.

The Ministry calls for the responsibility and collaboration of all, especially parents, guardians of children, community leaders, elected officials, political and religious authorities for the full success of this campaign.
