After the West https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28159-haiti-education-476-correctors-of-secondary-renovated-in-training.html 128 copy correctors of the renovated secondary, coming from the Nippes (56 ) and the South-East (72), were trained on July 15 (at the hotel under the mango tree - sous le manguier) and July 16 (Pinchinnat High School) to allow them to master the tools for qualitative evaluation of copies, related to the skill-based approach used for the renovated secondary and improve the quality of the correction of the candidates' copies.

Recall that the correction of the copies of the Renovated Secondary is different from the evaluation of the copies of the traditional secondary that is based on the accumulation of notes (quantitative). This is another type of assessment, which meets different criteria, as is the assignment of marks.

Remember that these training seminars meet the directives of the Minister of National Education, which intends to protect the interests of candidates by improving the process of correcting copies. This training is all the more important as there is no more remediation for the publication of the results and the candidate who fails these exams of the renovated secondary school will have to resume the subjects in which he will not have obtained his average.

The other departments will be affected shortly.
