In a note approved by Me Bergemane Sylvain, the Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Jérémie, Me Alexandre Jean Marie-Gaetjens, Substitute of the Commissioner of the Government "strongly deplores the attitude of certain offenders who take the malicious pleasure to scandalize, degrading, disgracing some young girls in the city in musical compositions thus are a offence against decency and good morals."

Stressing that "these reprehensible acts newly initiated in the city of poets to the detriment of girls, by criminals in their majority minor, will be prosecuted by justice with rigor.

Jérémie's Public Prosecutor's Office asks the written and televised press, social networks, radio stations and the general population of the Grand'Anse jurisdiction not to broadcast, share and convey the impudent and immoral song entitled "Fanm Jeremi Pase Mòd" composed by a group of mischievous young people (New Craw).

Anyone contravening this measure will be considered an accomplice and will be punished in accordance with the provisions of articles 44.283 of the Haitian Penal Code."
