Sunday, August 4, as part of the national day against road accident Edwing Charles, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, participated in the march against accidents, organized by Stop accident.

At the head of the dozens of brigadiers of the Civic Action, the Minister Charles remembered alongside the population, that a year ago, to the day, the young student Wingie Charles fell was killed during a accident, at Carrefour, as she was preparing to support her memoir on the issue of accidents. The march, which started from the very place where Miss Wingie died, was marked by the delivery of a wreath to the parents of the victim by Minister followed by a minute of silence.

Compassionate to the pain of the bereaved family, the Minister Charles praised the efforts of the Haitian State which, through the brigadiers of the Civic Action and the National Police of Haiti (PNH), concretely fights the accidents of the insistent road "The fight against road accidents is the responsibility of everyone" recalling that this march is a duty of memory and a call to drivers to good behavior and caution.
