Garnel Michel Coordinator of the Haitian Organization Technical and Operational Services to Stop Accident (STOP-Accidents), informs us that a vehicle whose brakes would have suddenly failed, hit on August 15, a group of young people playing football in street of Delmas 32 (lack of leisure space available) killing 2 players and injuring 11 people including 6 young people, many of whom are in critical condition depending on the hospital where they receive care.

The same day in the same area, a Landcruiser vehicle (Toyota) violently struck a motorcycle taxi, the driver and his passenger died under the shock.
