This week, the model Billy Phrison Vilmond (22 years old) studying social communication at the University of Port-au-Prince, "Mister Haiti Francophonie 2019" was presented to the press and received the scarf due to its title.

Its mission, to represent Haiti alongside 14 other participating countries, at the 3rd edition of Mister Francophonie, a men's beauty contest whose goal is to elect a representative of Francophone youth by winning the scarf (equivalent to the crown) of Mister Francophonie 2019.

The final of this competition will be held in Madagascar on December 14, 2019 after a preparation stay from December 9 to 18. In addition to the linguistic aspect, the competition as for Miss's women's competition, is also based among others on the values of solidarity, sharing and living together, said Jennifer Alexis, manager of Billy Phrison Vilmond.
