According to forecasters' analyzes of the evolution of meteorological conditions in the Caribbean, based on data from regional meteorological stations, rainfall will remain lower than it should be in this season in the West Indies for the months of September to November 2019.
They point out, however, that sometimes large and localized rainfall events are still possible, caused by phenomena related to the hurricane season.
The temperatures will remain on average during these 3 months, above normal, more particularly the day in Haiti
