iciHaiti - South: Installation of the new Director of the South Directorate of the PNH

On Saturday, in a context of crisis and insecurity almost widespread in the country, Inspector General of Police Sebastien Jean-Charles proceeded to the installation of the former head of the Brigade of Intervention Motorized (BIM) Jacques Joel Orival, as new Departmental Director of the South of the National Police of Haiti. He replaces the former Divisional Commissioner Pierre René François, who has been in office for 9 months.
Note that this is not the first change made by the new DG of the PNH Normil Rameau since taking office. Recall that just 3 days after his installation he had replaced the DG of the Central Directorate of Administrative Police (Inspector General Carl-Henry Bocher) by the Divisional Commissioner Mario Aubergiste...
