Tuesday evening armed gang members attacked the annex of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) located at carrefour Shadda (Croix-des-Bouquets).

Claiming to be in charge of the area, these people broke the glass door at the entrance to the branch, protected by a solid grid, threw a bottle of gasoline fired and fired shots on the facade of the building.

The security agents, who were not able to cope with this armed group, preferred not to react, especially since the individuals finally stopped their attack and left without the police intervening...

According to the security guards this attack sounds like a warning, without being able to say for that reason...

No casualties have been reported.
