Wednesday at Poste-Pierrot Commune of Dessaline (Artibonite), Marc Cirius the new Head of Gang Arnel Joseph (currently incarcerated https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28381-haiti-justice-former-gang-leader-arnel-joseph-has-left-the-hospital.html ) was killed in a bloody clash against the "Barrage Gang" controlled by Chief "Ti Sourit" for a territorial conflict...
During this clash, which caused panic in the area, several gunshot wounds were recorded in both gangs and several houses were burned according to witnesses.
