Secretary of State Alexis encouraged the new Director General to allow people in remote areas of the country to pick up signals from the station that has to fulfill its mission. And wished that all sectors of the country can express themselves on the RNH.

In his speech, Daniel Joseph after the usual thanks promised to open the spaces of the station to all social classes and popularize government actions. He has also made a commitment to launch new programs in programming to support the public and work with employees to strengthen the station's reputation for popularizing information.

The outgoing Director Gamall Jules Augustin in his speech, drew up a positive assessment of his achievements including the national coverage of the RNH and invited his successor to continue the work done to date at 75%.
