The Association of Haitian Journalists (AJH), has learned with dismay and sadness the news of the assassinationon the evening of Thursday, October 10, of the journalist Néhémie Joseph, radio Panic FM and correspondent of radio Mega in Mirebalais, who denounced already for several days the threats he was subjected to.

The AJH strongly condemns this murder and expresses its sympathies to his family, his friends, his colleagues from the Center department, his colleagues from Panic FM and Radio Mega and to the entire corporation, in general.

After the photojournalist Vladjimir Legagneur, March 2018, the co-owner of "Radio sans fin " (RSF), Rospide Pétion, June 2019, Néhémie Joseph comes to extend the list of journalists and press workers disappeared and murdered in eighteen months, approximately.

Although skeptical, the AJH calls the National Police of Haiti to launch an investigation to identify the perpetrators of the murder of the journalist Néhémie Joseph so that they can respond for their action in court.
