The Government informs the general population and public and private sector agents in particular of the provisions of Article 2 of the Presidential Decree of 7 March 2012 on the change of national time :
Article 2 :
"As of the date hereof, starting at 2:00 am on the first Sunday of November, the national time will decrease by 60 minutes."
NOTE that in order to avoid setbacks in your day-to-day activities, when it is 2:00 am Sunday, November 3, 2019, your 60-minute clock will need to be rolled back. It will be thus 1:00 am
