Monday Emile Brunet joined the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation as the new Administrative Director. He replaces the outgoing Director Vanadi Giscard Pedro Balde who has been in office for 12 months.

Romeo Latry, the Minister's Chief of Staff, welcomed Brunet's accession to this position.

In his remarks of circumstance, the new Administrative Director, who serves the public administration for 25 years, thanked his superiors for the confidence placed in him to accomplish this heavy task.

Brunet promised to continue to put his skills and dynamism to work for the benefit of the community and said he relied on the unity, understanding, collaboration and professionalism of the entire team to achieve the results expected.
