iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : High school and college students walk for education and against Moïse
On Tuesday as planned, high school students in uniform gathered at 9:00 am on the courtyard of Faustin Soulouque High School for a peaceful march and demanded the resumption of school activities suspended for more than 7 weeks due to opposition demonstrations.

Joined by a few middle school students, the students went to the streets and walked through the city center chanting hostile remarks to President Jovenel Moses whose resignation they immediately demanded, holding up placards on which they could read among others: "Down with Jovenel !", "Jovenel must go","education is the basis of democracy", "As long as President Jovenel remains in power, the school will not work."

Members of the radical opposition in the democratic and popular sector, including Me Ferrus Erol, Professor Lemaine Wilson, Spokesperson James Desrosiers and some teachers walked alongside the students, who promised to return to the tarmac next Tuesday. .

The demonstration ended without major incident at Faustin Soulouque High School.
