A new Board has been appointed at the head of the National Credit Bank (BNC) by Presidential Order, published in the official journal "Le Moniteur" #199 on November 22, 2019.

Text of the Order :

"Having regard to the Decree of 23 November 2005 reorganizing the National Bank of Credit (BNC)

Considering that it's necessqry to appoint a BNC Board pending the approval by the Senate of the Republic of the appointment of a new Board of Directors ;

On the report of the acting Minister of Economy and Finance;

And after deliberation in the Council of Ministers;

ORDER

Article 1 - It is appointed an acting Board of the National Bank of Credit (BNC) constituted as follows:

- Mr Raoul Pierre-Louis, President;

- Mr Guy Marie Caseneuve, Vice-President;

- Mrs. Micheronne Jean, General Manager;

- Mrs. Marlène Cyril, Member;

- Mr. Lyonel Guillaume, Member ".

Article 2 - An amplification of this decree will be given to each of the interested parties.

Article 3 - This decree will be printed and executed at the expense of the Ministry of Economy and Finance."
