The Ministry of Public Health and Population officially received this week from UNICEF, 26 tons of drugs and emergency equipment, midwife, obstetric and surgical kits that will allow to continue to cover the needs of approximately 37 public health institutions of reference of the country.

These drugs and equipment are intended for the management of health needs for pregnant women, newborns and children under 5 years of age.

Delivery of these drugs and equipment to the public health institutions concerned is already under way.
