Friday late afternoon, a few hours after the statements of Darío Zapata, a member of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) of the province of Dajabón, who denounced soldiers who asked 200 pesos to Haitians without paper to allow them to circulating, violent clashes occurred between members of the army, Dominican carriers and Haitians, during which shots were fired.
