iciHaiti - Gonaïves : Mandates to bring against a score of activists of the opposition

Twenty opposition activists, most of the Raboteau district, are under arrest warrants issued Monday, December 2 by Me. Serard Gacius, the Commissioner of the Government at the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Gonaïves.
