On the night from Sunday to Monday, December 2, unidentified individuals set fire to the portals of several schools in Grand-Goâve, of institutions that had planned to reopen their doors on the date set by the Ministry of Education.

Following these criminal acts, the resumption of school activities was significantly compromised.
