On the night from December 3 to 4, Lebrun Don Wootfyder, a young man from Rue Benoît, was assaulted at his home by a group of individuals armed with machetes around noon...
The attackers entered the house and beat Lebrun with machetes. According to the available information, this assault would be a revenge the victim would have stabbed a man the day before.
The attackers took Lebrun to the police station in Petit-Goâve who arrested him despite his injuries, because complaints had been lodged against him.
