Minister Charles said he was honored to welcome him and offered his warmest congratulations to this humble young person who became the 2019 winner of the Best Artist In African Electro category of this prestigious contest of African music and culture. Charles once again applauded the potential of our youth in a variety of fields and takes the opportunity to thank Manno Beats for making Haiti proud as young athletes from various sports have done.
