iciHaiti - Social : FAES inspects its community restaurants in Cité soleil and Croix-des-Bouquets

A team from the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) went to Cité soleil and to Croix-des-Bouquets to inspect the four community restaurants located in these communes with a view to offering hot meals to vulnerable people for a small fee of 10 Gourdes.

The purpose of the FAES team visit was to inspect the work of service providers in community restaurants, to test the preparation and quality of the food.

Freshly supplied, these community restaurants, which were already operational, are operating normally, the inspection team confirmed.

The beneficiaries, while welcoming the initiative of the FAES community restaurants, wish to continue these operations in the hope that in the future they will serve many more needy people.
