iciHaiti - France : 14 financing agreements being signed

From November 30 to December 21, 2019, 14 financing agreements are being signed between 3 North-West Town Halls (Saint-Louis du Nord, Anse-à-Foleur and Ile de la Tortue), their 11 Communal sections Boards (CASEC), and the NGO Initiative Développement (ID).
Thanks to funding from the French Development Agency (AFD), these local authorities have launched 14 local investment and development projects on their territory, for a total amount of 7.8 million gourdes (72,700 Euros).
These conventions are the result of a process between local authorities and civil society organizations, carried out since the end of 2011 in partnership with the Department of Territorial Communities of the Ministry of the Interior.
