In view to regain control of the Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) in order to ensure real operation in accordance with its mission and for more results, efficiency and better services to citizens, Amos Zéphirin, the new Director General of the Ministry https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28855-haiti-flash-jovenel-moise-replaces-5-departmental-delegates-and-5-directors-general.html organized a working session with the technical directors and unit coordinators as well as their assistants affirming "Everything must be done to create a new dynamism at MICT" and soliciting the involvement of all the managers concerned to achieve the objectives set, for recovery of the Ministry.

Zéphirin commited under his administration to ensure, among other things, the respect of procedures, the swift application of follow-ups as well as the strict and rigorous control of files and the rationalization of expenses. He also intends to combat laxity, encourage professionalism and restore the MICT's image.

For their part, the Technical Directors and Unit Coordinators took advantage of this meeting to draw up an inventory of the various structures for which they are responsible, as well as the challenges and constraints they face, requesting support of the Director General to make their various entities fully operational.
