iciHaiti - Japan : Donation of 212,000 bags of rice

The ship "DU AN CHENG" arrived at the port of Lafiteau with 6.396 metric tonnes of rice on board, equivalent to 212,000 bags.
This is a donation offered to the Haitian State by the Japanese government as part of the KR-2018 program. The Monetization Office for Development Aid Programs (BMPAD) will therefore have to monetize it and use the funds generated to finance certain projects.
