iciHaiti - Miragoâne : 2 Substitutes for the Government Commissioner placed on availability
Jean Roudy Aly, the Minister of Justice on Wednesday sent a letter to the Substitutes of the Government Commissioner near the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Miragoâne, Me Yves Gertha Zéphir and Me Solage Narcesse announcing their put on availability without pay, pending the results of the ongoing investigation into the allegations against them.
Except for the interested parties, nothing precise in this correspondence the reasons for these sanctions.
However, this decision comes 24 hours after the surprise decision of Me Yves Gerth Zéphir to release Kerton Lortéus alias "Wanted" (arrested in the Dominican Republic https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-29431-haiti-news-zapping.html who was suspected of the murder, last November 19 in the locality of Chalon à Miragoâne of Richardson André-Vigne a police offcier from the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO) and may have wondered if it is coincidence...
