Jean Roudy Aly, the Minister of Justice on Wednesday sent a letter to the Substitutes of the Government Commissioner near the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Miragoâne, Me Yves Gertha Zéphir and Me Solage Narcesse announcing their put on availability without pay, pending the results of the ongoing investigation into the allegations against them.

Except for the interested parties, nothing precise in this correspondence the reasons for these sanctions.
