iciHaiti - New Orleans : Haitian culture under the spotlight at the «Krewe du Kanaval»

In a carnival atmosphere, New Orleans hosted last week the "Krewe du Kanaval", which took place under the theme "Thank you Haiti".
Bals, parades, dancing evenings are some of the festive activities carried out over two weeks.
These popular festivities, which brought together local groups, not only aims to strengthen exchanges between New Orleans and Haiti, but above all to show the eyes of the world the historical and cultural ties between New Orleans and the Haitian Nation.
