According to Inspector Gary Desrosiers, Deputy spokesperson of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Saturday evening 3 individuals : Noël (19), Jonathan Joseph (26) and Brice (52) were shot dead at Street Lambert in Pétion-ville. Reportedly, these were known bandits who ransom passers-by andsmall merchants.
