Thursday morning, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), arrested two alleged kidnappers at the level of the locality of "Colline" in the commune of Gressier. They are the Nobert and Hébert Alacé brothers accused of attempted kidnapping from their own sister. The two brothers were taken into custody. Immediately, this file will be transferred to the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police for the necessary follow-up.

In addition, according to information collected, one of the presumed brothers was deported by Swiss Switzerland where he had been arrested for illicit drug trafficking. In addition the two brothers had close relations with Fatt alias "Poupouch" Gang leader of Grand Ravine, who was recently murdered in the commune of Léogâne.
