In terms of community services stemming from the necessary arrangements to support the police officers victims in the exercise of their function, as well as the prevention of possible cases of contamination with Covid-19, a vast operation of cleaning of canals and Solid residue collection will be jointly conducted in the vicinity of the HCPN.

The delegation then went to the site of the building complex where 600 apartments will be built over time. Each accommodation will include two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and all modern comforts. The building complex, which will extend over 5 hectares, will include among others : a clinic, a shopping center, a multi-sports ground and green spaces.

12 million US dollars will be needed to complete this vast project. In order to quickly improve the living environment of the police, the construction of the first 3 buildings of 5 levels will be launched thanks to a first disbursement of $ 1.5 million allocated by the Government of Japan during the inauguration of the HCPN .
