iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : The municipal police closes the doors of the Town hall

With 20 months of salary arrears, officers of the Petit-Goâve Municipal Police are fed up with the ill-treatment received from Mayor Jean Samson Limongy and decided on Tuesday at around 4:00 pm to close the Petit-Goâve Town Hall.

In addition, they denounced the corruption and the embezzlement frequent within the Town hall.

The agents of the Municipal Police, furious at not being able to meet their family and daily obligations, demand payment of the full amount due and better working conditions and threaten to resign as a whole if their demands are not met.
