In the middle of the day Saturday, truck drivers blocked the national road #2 near Léogâne (West Dept.)

Highly motivated truckers blame "Toto Gravel" executives for raising sand prices.

They accuse the leaders of taking advantage of the closure of the Vorbes & Fils Center, to increase their prices. Unhappy with the company’s refusal to lower the price of sand, truckers intend to make their voices heard by using more forceful means than dialogue.

Pressure tactics which caused a major traffic jam and caused dissatisfaction for many motorists.
