Message from Minister Clément :

"April 7 brings back, like every year, the celebration of World Health Day. For the year 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) has chosen to highlight and pay tribute to the work of midwives and nurses.

In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic which strikes the world without sparing Haiti, the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) wants to salute the courage and the work not only of midwives and nurses, but of all the health staff who work day and night to improve the health conditions of the patients both at public and private level.

The health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic calls for our people's solidarity and we must face this unprecedented challenge united and united as one team."
