In the official journal "Le Moniteur" No. 66 dated Monday April 13, 2020 President Jovenel Moïse proceeded to the appointment of 3 personalities.
- Citizen Astrel Joseph is appointed Director General of the Ministry of the Environment
- Citizen Donald Jean-François is appointed Delegate of the North-East Department
- Citizen Jocelyn Louis is appointed Vice-delegate of the Carice-Vallière-Mombin Crochu.district.
