Saturday at Île-à-Vache (Dept. South), agents from the Brigade for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS), in concert with those from the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO) in the South, proceeded to the arrest of Jean Délens Loubeau, aka "Malè".

Jean Délens Loubeau is accused of illicit drug trafficking in collusion with a network of drug traffickers operating in the South.

During the operation, several motorcycles and bundles of Haitian and American currency bills were, among other things, seized by police and judicial authorities.
