Thursday, as part of measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus Covid-19, the Rotary Club of Pétion-ville donated to the National Police of Haiti (PNH) among others a water tower of a capacity of 200 gallons of two sinks and soap. These materials were handed to the Divisional Commissioner Alain Auguste, Logistics Director of the PNH and to Hugues Pierre Brun, Head of Press Coordination and Public Relations.

This symbolic gesture reflects the involvement of civil society organizations alongside the PNH in the national fight against the spread of the coronavirus on the national territory.

Doctor Surénat, one of the representatives of the Rotary Club of Pétion-ville, insisted on putting into practice hygienic principles, such as hand washing, social distancing and wearing masks, while calling the police staff and administrative to vigilance in this period of health crisis.
