The Town Hall of Port-au-Prince, through its medical service, thanks to a donation from the Haitian-Chinese company Changzhou Joseph International Business Co Ltd. (specialized in the import/export of agroindustrial products), proceeded this week to the distribution of medical protection materials to five hospitals of the commune : French Asylum hospital, St Esprit hospital, St François de Salle hospital, St Joseph hospital and Sainte Marie hospital, to allow the nursing staff of these hospitals to better deal with the Covid-19 coronavirus

The equipment list included in total : 2,000 units of medical masks, 4,000 pairs of gloves, 1,000 units of nonwoven medical clothing, 100 units of micropore medical examination clothing, 100 pairs of medical glasses and 1 infrared thermal thermometer .

In his statements, Smith Joseph of Changzhou Joseph International Business said, "This is part of the company's social responsibility. These new materials are the latest in a series of donations that we have already made in Haiti to help the medical profession in its fight against the Covid-19" rRecalling that the company has already distributed 20,000 masks, 40,000 gloves, more than 7,000 gowns , 25 thermal thermometers and 1,000 glasses in Saint Marc, Pignon, Petite Rivière and the "Zanmi lasante" organization.
