On Thursday May 14, Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe received the Japanese Ambassador to Haiti, Mizuno Mitsuaki, at the Prime Minister's Office. The exchanges focused in particular on strengthening the cooperation between the two countries.

The finishing work and renovation of the premises of the Central Hospital of the National Police, in Bon Repos https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30317-haiti-news-zapping.html and the construction of 3 units modern housing for agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), in Delmas 33 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30182-haiti-politic-start-of-housing-construction-work-for-police-officers.html were at the center of discussions.

It was also an opportunity for the two men to approach the files relating to the donation of equipment, sanitary materials, ambulances intended for departmental hospitals and fire trucks for the benefit of the firefighters of the PNH.
