Members of the northwest directorate of the Dominican National Police (PND) arrested a Dominican Robinson Cabrera Pérez (37) in the province of Valverde (northwest) who was transporting 17 Haitians without papers, including two children aged six months to a year, incredibly crowded into a Toyota Camry car registered A347614.
