The North Fête champêtre are calendar events that allow pilgrims to venerate the spirits or "Loas vodou" corresponding to the patron saint celebrated by the Catholic Church.

The rural festivals are also a festive event very popular for epicureans who come there just to dance the country balls animated by the famous groups Tropic and Septent.
