iciHaiti - PNH : Promise of the new Minister of Justice
Tuesday morning Rockefeller Vincent, the new Minister of Justice and Public Security, taking advantage of his presence in Cap-Haitien for the first meeting on land insecurity and land conflicts, went to the Departmental Directorate of North of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in order to meet with the police authorities on the fight against land insecurity and generalized insecurity in the department.
Jean Bazelais Bornélus, the Departmental Director, drew up an inventory of his management by insisting on the logistical and administrative problems which the police force faces in the North.
Minister Vincent has promised to work, in particular on the preparation of the next 2020-2021 budget, to provide appropriate responses to the department's public security emergencies.
