As part of the operations decreed across the country, the Haitian National Police (PNH) carried out several operations over the past weekend in different regions and communes which resulted in the arrest of at least 4 individuals including :

Moise Dessamard, (34) from the Papay locality, arrested for drug trafficking;

Ruchard Fritznel (24) from Thomassique arrested for possession of a homemade weapon;

Wadley Content (28) from Hinche, arrested for attempted assassination;

Joseph Renald, from the North-East, from the locality Carice (North-West Dept.) arrested for ransom.

These 4 individuals will be brought before the judicial authorities in order to respond for the acts of which they are accused.
