Friday, November 13, 2020, Pradel Henriquez, the Minister of Culture, Jean Emmanuel Jacquet, Director General of the National Book Directorate (DNL) and Emmanuel Adjovi the Director of the Regional Office for Caribbean and Latin American countries of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), have initialed at the OIF premises, in Péguy-Ville, two memoranda of understanding for the benefit of the Reading and Cultural Animation Centers (CLAC), under the responsibility of the DNL.

In these protocols, the parties have undertaken to strengthen the capacities of the CLAC Centers in order to reduce inequalities and disparities in terms of access to cultural equipment and infrastructure.

This signing ceremony took place in the presence of officials from the Ministry, the DNL, the OIF and UN Women.
